Welcome to Agentic 6 (“we”, “our”, or “us”), the website at agentic6.com. We offer paid online courses, free AI demo tools, and a newsletter (together, the “Service”). These Terms of Use are the rules for using the Service. Please read them. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a course or create an account. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is true.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your login with others. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Buying a course
Course prices are shown on the course page in Canadian dollars (CAD). When you buy a course, you make a one-time payment and get access to that course’s lessons and materials. Payments are handled by our payment provider. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, plus any taxes that apply. We may change prices in the future, but a change will not affect a course you have already bought.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for courses, subscriptions, and other products or services. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, these Terms apply unless required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Free tools and AI demos
We offer free AI demo tools so you can try out what AI can do. When you use them, you agree to:
- Use them only for lawful purposes.
- Not enter illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content.
- Not try to access other people’s data or break the security of the Service.
- Not overload, scrape, or copy the Service, or get around our usage limits.
To keep these tools running for everyone, we limit how often they can be used. We may change or remove free tools at any time.
6. About AI answers
Our AI tools and course tutor use AI models to create answers. AI can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, and it may “make things up.” AI answers are for general information and learning only. They are not professional advice (such as legal, financial, medical, or career advice). Always check important information yourself before you act on it. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI answers.
7. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service (your text, files, images, and recordings). You give us permission to use and process that content only to run the Service for you, for example sending it to the AI providers that create your answer. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not submit private or confidential information into our AI tools (see our Privacy Policy).
8. Our content
The Service and its content (including course videos, lessons, text, designs, and code) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. When you buy a course, you get a personal licence to view the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or post the materials, and you may not share your login to give others free access. If you break these rules, we may cancel your access.
9. Other companies’ services
The Service relies on other companies, such as our payment provider, AI model providers, and our hosting and video providers. Their parts of the Service depend on them and on their own terms. We are not responsible for problems, delays, or outages caused by these outside companies.
10. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the Service, or put others or the Service at risk. You can stop using the Service at any time. Some terms, such as the ones about our content and limits on our liability, still apply after you stop.
11. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.
12. Our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or unexpected damages, or for losses that come from your use of the Service or from AI answers. If we are found liable for any reason, our total responsibility to you will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Some laws do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Your responsibility to us
If your use of the Service breaks these terms or the law and causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we face as a result.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we will post a notice on our website and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
17. The whole agreement
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
