Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Agentic 6 (“we”, “our”, or “us”) runs the website at agentic6.com. We sell online courses, offer free AI demo tools, and send a newsletter. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short and specific.

The short version

  • We collect the info you give us (like your email and account details) and some info that comes automatically (like your IP address).
  • When you use our AI tools, what you type or upload is sent to outside AI companies that run the models. Please do not paste private or confidential information.
  • We use trusted companies to run our service. Most of them store data in the United States.
  • We only email you marketing if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • You can ask to see, fix, or delete your information.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Agentic 6, we may collect:

  • Account information: your email, password, and display name when you sign up.
  • Profile information: details you choose to add, such as your job, location, contact info, and social links.
  • Payment information: when you buy a course, our payment provider handles your card. We receive a record of the purchase, but we never see or store your full card number.
  • Newsletter and contact info: your email if you subscribe, and your name, email, and message if you use our contact form.
  • Things you put into our AI tools: the text, chat messages, audio recordings, voice from your microphone, images, and documents (like PDFs) you submit. Some tools save uploaded documents so you can ask questions about them later.
  • Course activity: the lessons you finish, your progress, quiz results, and certificates you earn.
  • Technical and usage info: your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (country, region, city), and how often you visit. To give you a smooth experience without making you sign up first, your browser is given an automatic temporary (anonymous) account, and we keep a simple record of these visit details against it. We use this to keep the service working, understand usage, and stop abuse. If you later create an account, that record carries over to it.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Sell and deliver our courses, and track your progress.
  • Run our AI demo tools and show you the results.
  • Send you the emails you ask for, and reply when you contact us.
  • Keep the service safe, fix problems, and make it better.
  • Follow the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Using our AI tools: please read

Our AI demos and our course AI tutor send what you type or upload to outside AI companies that run the models (listed below). This is needed to give you an answer. Because of this:

  • Please do not enter private, secret, or confidential information (yours or other people’s).
  • AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Always check anything important before you rely on it.
  • The AI companies process your input under their own rules. We choose providers that do not use business API data to train their models, but we cannot fully control how they work.

Companies that help us run the service

We use trusted outside companies (called “service providers” or “sub-processors”) to run Agentic 6. These cover our database and sign-in, website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, video streaming, and the AI providers that power our demos and tutor. They only get the data they need to do their job, they act on our instructions, and they are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

We may add or change providers over time. Most of them store and process data in the United States. For the AI providers, we choose ones that do not use business API data to train their models, but please still avoid entering private or confidential information.

Where your data is stored (outside Canada)

Agentic 6 is based in Canada, and most of the companies we use store and process data in the United States. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal data is transferred outside your country to providers in the U.S. and Canada, where it can be accessed under local laws, including by courts or government bodies. By using Agentic 6, you understand that your information may be handled outside your country.

Where we make these transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK and EU data protection law. We rely primarily on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with the data protection terms in each provider’s agreement. You can ask us for more detail using the contact details below.

If you are in the UK or EEA (GDPR)

If you are in the UK or EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR and EU GDPR) gives you extra rights. Agentic 6 is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy; you can reach us through our contact page.

Our legal bases for using your data are:

  • To perform a contract: running your account and delivering courses you buy.
  • Your consent: sending marketing emails, and processing anything you choose to put into our AI tools. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Our legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and improving it. We balance these against your rights.
  • Legal obligations: keeping payment and tax records.

In addition to the rights listed above, you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, ask us to restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EEA, your national data protection authority. We’d appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Marketing emails and your choices

We only send you marketing emails (like our newsletter or course offers) if you sign up or buy from us. Every marketing email tells you who it is from and has an “unsubscribe” link. Click it any time to stop, and we will stop. We may still send you important service emails, such as a receipt or a password reset, because these are part of using your account.

Cookies and similar tools

We use cookies and similar storage in your browser to keep you signed in and protect the site from abuse. These are needed for the site to work. If we add tools that are not strictly needed, we will ask for your agreement first where the law requires it. You can also block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

How long we keep your data

  • Account and profile: while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize it, unless we must keep some records by law.
  • Documents you upload to AI tools: kept until you delete them or close your account.
  • Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honour your choice.
  • Payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually several years).
  • Technical logs: kept for a short time to keep the service safe.

How we protect your data

We use reasonable security steps to protect your information, such as encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted providers. No method is 100% safe, but we work to keep your data secure.

Your privacy rights

You have the right to:

  • See the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Take back your consent (for example, unsubscribe from marketing).
  • Ask for a copy of your information to move to another service.

To use any of these rights, email us using the contact details below. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first to keep your data safe.

Data breaches

If a security breach happens that could put you at real risk of harm, we will tell you and report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as the law requires.

Children

Agentic 6 is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make an important change, we will post a notice on our website and update the date at the top. Please check back now and then.
